Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your email boxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one mailbox to another, finetune email filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your email mailbox accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages based on specific rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the email mailbox you want to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
